Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms of sale apply to all catering services offered by Les P'tits Plats de Nonor, operated by Éléonore Lemaire, including home delivery and on-site event catering.

2. Quotes and orders

Any quote is valid for the period stated on the document. An order is confirmed upon acceptance of the quote and, where applicable, payment of a deposit. Menu details, guest numbers and event date must be confirmed in writing.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees, if any, are specified in the quote. Payment terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period and costs already incurred (ingredient orders, staffing, etc.).

5. Liability

Éléonore Lemaire is committed to providing quality products and services. The client must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when placing an order. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, subject to applicable law.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
